Norfolk Community Foundation (NCF) have established a public appeal to raise funds to support community action. The Covid 19 Community Response Fund is to support existing grassroots charities and community groups as well as local neighbourhood collectives that are forming as a direct result of the crisis and taking action to support their local communities and our most vulnerable people.
